Daniel Homburger joined the real estate department of Bude Nathan Iwanier in 2001 following four and a half year post qualification at Allen & Overy.

He specialises in all aspects of commercial real estate, investment, sales and acquisitions, and real estate finance.

He advises on major commercial property acquisitions and disposals as well as high value commercial lettings, whether acting for landlords or tenants and other major commercial real estate transactions including developments. His experience includes dealing with the property requirements of a large high street retailer.

He has experience of property finance and securitisations particularly in connection with the funding of Housing Associations. He also has experience of dealing with the property aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
