Liron joined our firm as a trainee in May 2006 having completed a Law Degree in University College London and having been awarded a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course in the College of Law.

Liron qualified in October 2008 and undertakes both Litigation work and Commercial Conveyancing.

Liron’s litigation work includes residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, cases involving the recovery of rent arrears and service charges, work with the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal as well as matters relating to Assured Shorthold tenants and Rent Act tenants.  She has also acted in Lease Renewal proceedings and Order for Sale proceedings. Liron undertakes some of her own advocacy in the County Court.  More recently, Liron has had experience with Dilapidations claims and claims for Adverse Possession.

Liron’s commercial work involves the sale and purchase of commercial properties as well as drafting and negotiating commercial leases.

Liron speaks fluent Hebrew and has had the opportunity of working with several Israeli clients.
