Susannah is a litigation Solicitor. She joined Bude Nathan Iwanier in 2005 from media and entertainment law firm Schillings.

Susannah specialises in property litigation and general commercial litigation and acts for a wide range of individual and corporate clients. She has particular experience in injunction work.

Susannah works for individuals and for large property holding groups in respect of residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, the collection of ground rent and service charges and matters at the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
