Vivian obtained his law degree at the City of London Polytechnic and joined Grangewoods for his articles.

Following work as an assistant solicitor at Green David Conway, he joined Bude Nathan Iwanier in 1992.

He acts for a variety of commercial property clients dealing with all aspects of relevant law.

Vivian specialises in development work and advising on property law and landlord and tenant matters.
